The project included process mapping and making recommendations for best practices approach to rental software functionality. Participation in the project required Personal systems experience and knowledge of leading industry software. Generally, dealer systems are not as robust in operational processes and management reporting.
The OEM learned that the dealer input to rental functionality needed a broader perspective. After, the OEM hired the Script consultant full-time to complete their design requirements and pilot testing.
